Automation Car Controls not working

recently i have problems with automation car controls not working.
the car starts and lights work etc but i cant steer and it doesnt drive or rev the engine and in control center there are no controls for throttle or steering etc. does anyone know how i can fix this problem?

 

Yes, stop using Automation. If you search for realistic cars, that's not here where you'll find some.

It's not a complaint about it being realistic. It's a complaint about physically not being able to drive it, because the game is being dumb.

 

idk though, it really depends on the skill of the designer. i've seen quite a few automation vehicles that are genuinely almost to par with scratch-made mods (without the crashing ofc)

 

Try re-exporting it from automation. Sometimes that fixes issues.

 

Without ability to make rear-engined cars I don't think so.
And except mechanics, you can't really customize the car to make it just like the real one. Aerodynamics, weight and others can't be realistic.

 

what are you talking about??? rear engined cars are 100% possible on almost all bodies on automation

 

dawg its a car making game and you could test out out your creations on beamng I dont care if its realistic or not you ould do stupid shit and test it out

right?, automation is for sure not as good as handmade mods but if pretty fun to create your own car and shitty engine and then drive your shithole. but unfortunatly my automation is broken or sum because when exporting to beamng none of the car controls works it can only idle

 

is it every car you export or just the one above?
