i dont think you are getting what we are talking about. modifying minor parts of the body ≠ whole new car under different brand lore doesnt make sense because a wheel from the 2010s goes into a early 2000s car? yeah no, completely different styles, different brands, different cultures. PLEASE for the love of god learn to 3d model and not fuck up lore This would probably be best if you just put it as a kit car or something thats completely seperated from civetta if even want to release it
As I have said before there will be NO CIVETTA branding which means you won't see anything that says "Civetta" or "Bolide" lettering on any part (gauges, dashboard, tailcone which I would UVmap out those words). That said you just solidify my decision into some sort of a "restomod" that will not be from the vanilla brands such as Gavril/Bruckell but instead in the 2010s with an unspecified brand and model name too since you don't like the name either (since I wasn't having a solid idea on its background story). The overall body of the Bolide is very streamlined and smooth in the first place, however the tailcone still have some edges which I will try to smoothen then (the top side of the tailcone) as well as the sides of the quarterpanels and fenders. I will also replace the quarterglasses as well.
what hes getting at is that you should stop reusing models and learn to model and texture by yourself
Ah yes, the good old "fully bake and texture the model before even completing the shell" technique. Stop underhandedly pretending to have modelled meshes that you've stolen. Steal them in broad daylight and proudly own that you're a meshslapper like a real man.
Civetta Nuova Bolide '89-'95 A refreshed Bolide for the 90s, with revised looks, interior, new transmissions and possibly a new engine.
Great initiative, nothing to point out; -Amazing simple design, -pretty execution, -will slightly fill the gap between Mk1 Bolide and Mondello. Already approved on my end! Just to know more about your project: -Will interior (or tacho) receive a refresh touch? -New exhaust tips would be planned? -Is USDM inclued? (or if not, will vanilla usdm part would fit on it?) I bet this new version would pair perfectly with some of your bodykit in preparation, for sure
EDIT: Spoiler TFW I've made twice as many performance parts and this guy right here calls it some bodykits :'(
It's not something I don't want to relearn modelling and texturing, the thing is that I still have the Hirochi Sunstorm remaster and other stuff (like putting openables not even done) which likely will make everything in hiatus indefinitely.
