The fifth wheel is the attachment point on the truck itself. In this picture, it is the red part. Example of an aftermarket fifth wheel in the bed of a pickup.
yup except the aftermarket fifth wheel looks badly put on and try and make the dors fly open and have like cargo in side it so the cargo will fly evreywhere (i like trucks a tinny bit more than cars)
I won't argue with you, I was clarifying to the OP what I had meant by a fifth wheel. If you say that the aftermarket was badly installed, then I'll defer to your expertise.
