car part keeps resetting

    I have this car and every time I try to change a part on it the part just goes back to the original one

    whenever i click the "ArsenicX Speed Limiter" and change it to "speed limiter delete" it changes back to the arsenic on the spot
    i'm using the "Cherrier FCV"
