We've made it to 0.34 and no tandem axle yet?

 

i thought the md was gonna receive contents in 0.34 but i guess the pre war is enough

 

Update 0.69
- Added Tandem suspension + lift axle x 2
- Improved Lifted airbag suspension geometry
- Added more roll compliance to MD-airbag suspension.
- Added A 2-speed Auxiliary Overdrive box to the Bruckell Nine(In Driveshaft slot). Also comes with animated shifter
- Added 6.66:1 final drive to Bruckell Nine.
- Added Nine config "Heavy Duty Long Bed Pickup"
- Fixed lua error with EV generator.

 

Very exciting to see a quad axle dump truck in the fleet.

cool stuff man! i wonder if we could get a 4x4 susp for the Bruckell 9 to kinda resemble older military pickups?

 

Not sure if it's been mentioned before, but it would be nice to have a longer MD-series frame for the MD to carry 26ft upfits


Also, would you consider porting the 6.0 diesel to the MD? As an entry level/ base model diesel option, since the 640 diesel seems a bit excessive for short distance work.

Well...It seems that Lift Axle need two different steering parts,just like the "OLD Lift Axle" on v0.56.2 or earlier. 3

 

Finally I can have heavier loads and more destruction with the quad dumpy.

 

i think what he put is an actual leaf spring tandem there instead of walking beams mounted to a spring, and the 2nd appears to be independent suspension, which is common on modern military trucks

 

That... that might be a pain in the ass to bring in. About 80% of all content in this entire mod uses models and textures that are already in the game, but this suggestion will need scratch-built ones just to make it *look* good.

 

No to the first as it wouldn't have much functional difference to the walking beam. Maybe eventually for wishbone suspension but not anytime soon

Maybe I'll do a longer MD-frame. As for the 6.0 no. There are already many other diesel V8 mods for the MD so I don't feel the need to add another.

- Removed The parts for the Bruckell Nine as they will be added to another mod just for the Nine.

 

That has to be the quickest mod update I've seen in some time.

Yeah all the Nine stuff I added in 0.69 has been moved over and integrated into the Farm Tractor mod.
