0.34 Discussion Thread

Ever since downloading 0.34, my Christmas Tree (only roof accessory) is missing it's texture on all vehicles. I already did a deep cache clear, but it didnt fix it.


(dont know if its been posted anywhere, because when I try to search it up, I only find forums for missing tree textures in maps, not on cars)

IIRC you need the differential lock switch in the interior for that.

 

I have something to say about the 0.34 update. The AI police sirens for somereason seem kind of bugged, idk why but they either play the siren sound. Or they pause, and then continue. Anyone else experiense this?

As someone who's been learning German for about a year, 1) I'm glad I completely understood the whole sentence even if it's super simple, and 2) that really is a hilarious typo

ever since 0.34 my freeroam map menu has been broken, when i click on missions and scenarios after pressing M it just comes up empty and idk how to fix it

 

Bruckell Nine feels too strong. I've been dropping different models on Cliff map and it mostly crumples but rarely fall apart like for example D-series or any other body-on-frame car in BeamNG.
Front axle can be detached but there are some visual glitches, bumpers (especially front one) rear luggage rack and roof rack connections are ridiculously strong.

To be clear. I'm talking about beamnjoints. I know that back then cars were more sturdy than modern cars. However that's why they more likely will fall apart rather than crumple, something opposite to what is happening with Nine right now.

 

Not only that, but Italy's Unleashed has been riddled with bugs for quite some time. Sometimes cop cars don't spawn and all of them stop spawning once you get to the target and go away. Not to mention the "Spawn Traffic" modifier doesn't always have effect.

 

The T-Series air suspension no longer works, I've tried disabling mods which didn't help.

 

It really did come out of nowhere, I started trying out all the vehicles for the bruckell nine, I found an issue with Police AI Pursuits, they will just pursue any vehicle at any time.

Fix the Police AI pursuits, they will just pursue any vehicles (Including police vehicles with the necessary accessories, such as police radar, police center console.) Please fix this issue. This update came out of nowhere!

 

I'm really excited for smooth light transitions to come to call halogen/incandescent lights, hopefully thats in the near future

 

also, the wire fences and the new bus shelters have no textures, and the guardrails are transparent in west coast.

 

Bruckell Nine Taxis are also not paint locked in traffic

 

The new update is fire, but yeah the new parts selector search mechanic doesn't work well. Having to switch to old ui to look up parts. Other then that, peak update.
