i added the driveshaft mesh from the brz mod by yannis01186 and tweaked the model to look better along with a material as the material on the driveshaft didnt exist and new uvs for the new material. no coding was done as the console told me it couldnt find the rx7_driveshaft mesh so i knew a driveshaft prop was a thing. also someone copied my mod to modland. link is modland.net/beamng.drive-mods/cars/mazda-rx7-7.html --- Post updated --- i just realized i deleted the rear suspension jbeam file and added it back not knowing the rear suspension file i deleted had the fixed tuning params. im sorry that the car remains as bouncy as a perfectly elastic object and i promise in the next update the tuning params will be there --- Post updated --- i also realized some textures are duplicated and i had to delete the bads ones to keep the good ones and found out some more textures had metallic set to 1 instead of 0 when they werent metallic --- Post updated --- also, i know im aypping but can you guys check for like any conflicts with the suspension texture? it doesnt even work on most maps except for gridmap v1 from what ive seen --- Post updated --- my mod just got copied to beamngdrivemods.com/beamng-mazda-rx-7-pbr-fix/ how do i take action?

commenting wont work either on beamngdrivemods so guess we have to take legal action? im no lawyer but since this mod uses assets from other things, i think i dont have a case so that guy got away with stealing my mod and got downloads
wait, does anyone have like the first version of the remaster? i do have a version of it but its slightly edited and i need the og version of this remaster for reasons edit: i decided to just copy some textures from the og mod into the 1st version of the remaster and did some things called "unpbr texturing" the mod and with my new knowledge of modding, can get pbr like reflections with only 3 maps edit 2: i gave up as i cant get the headlight and taillight to not be opaque
guys the starter sound is a bit broken and stops the starter sound for 1 second and i tried to use audacity but you know how that goes
can someone help fix this file? the fuel tank on a fd3s rx7 is 76 liters and i adjusted the variables and it wont go to max fuel capacity. maybe its a cache thing but i dont really care edit: just found out its a .pc file thing

guys, i fixed the missing texture on the race headlights! some bozo decided to delete it (think it was beamng when szaqunx was adding pbr) and i fixed suspension and i called it rx7_suspension instead of suspension to avoid any conflicts so the suspension texture should show up on all maps. and how do i go about making the center mounted taillight not apart of the right taillight? --- Post updated --- and also forgot to mention i found out theres pbr versions of the mirror material and theres 2 types, mirror_CE and mirror_CX and ce is blindspot while cx is normal mirror
if you notice any problems with the mod, (eg missing textures, broken textures stuff like that) please check the known problems list then ask me. there are some issues with the mod i forgot to add the the known issues list and they are, race glass dmg is missing (has been fixed but update isnt out), center taillight is fused with the right taillight (has been fixed to some extent in the update im working on but its very strong and i cant fix it), carpet texture on floor doesnt really work, some parts of the mesh is seeping through into the interior and missing faces of course, suspension textures are gone (maybe started for me after i changed some materials but make sure to tell me) and theres more i think so let me know about any more issues and i could fix them
