Audio stuttering

this is a weird one. can't find any new posts about this but here goes.

sometimes i get audio stuttering, this was a known and somewhat common issue back in 0.19 and seems to have been fixed. playing in 0.34 and i've noticed i can still get it sometimes. i've tried messing with the voices setting but that doesn't seem to affect it much. i can't get it on demand and the issues crops up seemingly at random. some mods i can make it happen on demand but even in safe mode it occasionally occurs.

any ideas to get it to out-right stop?

 

I have the same problem and it seems to get worse the more vehicles there are especially if the vehicles are off-roading

 

maybe back up your mods and configs, and then uninstall and reinstall the game? I'm not fully sure though.

 

I deleted the whole game reinstalled and all other user folder files except the mods folder and started in safe mode and it still stutters

 

I don't know, then. maybe deactivate each mod 1 by 1 until you find the mod that is causing the problem

 

Isn't there a setting that changes how many sounds play at once?

 

I change it and it doesn't make a difference even when it's at 512 and yes I restarted the game
