Chevrolet Chevette --- Post updated --- I just bought it, I'm going to pick it up on the 26th and I wanted it on beamng
I have plans on making a chevette _eventually_ but dont get your hopes up wont be for a few months at least
in this case it would be a Chevette with 2 bodies and some engine and aesthetic options, depending on what I pay more for other add-ons
Can confirm the wheel emblem texture is fixed on the Aveo5, but still needs to be fixed on the Spark LT. I also noticed another issue with the Leaf. The front wheels appear to shake and slightly rotate within the tire when stationary, even when the car is shut off. Other cars don't seem to do it, though at the moment, I haven't checked each and every one.
The first release focuses mostly on EU-only cars. Cars like luxury sedans and SUVs that are sold worldwide without many market-specific exterior differences will be included in the upcoming American pack, but will also be spawned when the traffic is set to European mode.
This is truly the most insane mod? Mod pack? Expan pack?!? This is something you’ll only see that developers of the actual game release that PAID. HOW IS THIS FREE SIGNEL FILE FREE MOD!?! You’re an absolute genius gem good person… I’m in shock at how good this is. Then to top it off the models are absolutely stunning. I’ve seen so released vehicle mods with models worse than the AI models in this pack, in credibi. Also can we talk about the realistic halogen lighting?!? I’ve always wanted something like that in BeamNG. I can not explain how happy that made me and unexpected it was the realistic halogen lighting, it’s so incredible cool and entertaining for me. I’m absolutely in love with all the models. You got the vehicle so extremely accurate it’s scary. I can tell this was a passion project for you, as I have always wanted to create something like this, mainly car models with super realistic lighting but unfortunately I’m way to dumb to even know where to begin to do that myself lol. My only small critique / feedback with this mod on the lighting is (& btw I have absolutely no space to give criticism because again, I wouldn’t know the half of knowing how to make anything even close to this spectacular in BeamNG) Anyways, some cars in the pack -like the Nissan leaf and Toyota Yaris- have LED lights IRL but they have the halogen fading physics in the mod, so actually I’d love to see The only vehicle that still has the older beamNG lighting physics is the Romeo MiTo 1.4 however the indicators are still halogen and fade on and off (just like IRL), absolute perfect. So I’d love to see that on more vehicles with LED brake lights IRL. Other then that, absolutely perfect everything is perfect about this mod and you’re my hero, I cannot believe you aren’t charging for this mod, because you honestly should with all the effort you put into it. The Fiat Panda is my favorite vehicle and I did a video on it. THANK YOU
Interiors are not planned for any cars in the pack, but the author hasn't ruled out the reuse of their models as the basis for a full-fledged drivable car mod by others; if you or anyone else has enough interest in redoing the J-Beam and adding interior components you can ask for permission. If you just want to drive any Saab (not specifically the 9-3) there's already a mod here.
If anyone believes that putting an interior back into a traffic car is a good basis for a mod then I do not trust that they will be able to make an actual good mod in the end, the absolute minimum effort would be preparing the model themselves from scratch as a dedicated car because that isn't a completely stupid idea and then at this point it has no relation to this mod anyway. I just applied the new halogen stuff to every material by default as I had no split before, the Mito was the only car that was pointed out to me during testing that should have leds instead (and manually trying to google for every single one is a pain). If you do have a better idea of what should have leds let me know
the mod is actually pretty good but it bugs the sounds, like i use the traffic, then spawn my car, and like if i press horn, it stops for a bit to sound, also the engines and the wheels sounds
I've installed the mod like any other mod but I don't have anything at all showing? No UI in the apps or anything of the sorts, any help?
Look into your Keybinds, There should be an option there as it doesnt open up automatically --- Post updated --- Question: How the hell did you get so many HQ models of so many cars??? Did you model every single one?
What's your keyboard layout? QWERTY, AZERTY, DVORAK...? On QWERTY US standard, it's right beside the "P" key. On my QWERTY Brazilian ABNT keyboard, it's between the ´ (agudo accent) and the Return (enter) key. You have to hit [ for the UI app to show up.
The clio rs has a bit of an issue, if u turn on the left blinker the right one lights up too.And please add Audis. A great mod anyways
Nice update to the mod. I noticed that there's a warning when the audio is not set to ultra. I wonder what future updates are going to have? Also when using the vanilla traffic spawner, the cop car from Yakuza shows up sometimes, even when not choosing the option with police. Hopefully that might get fixed soon. It has been like this even before the debut of this EU car pack. And maybe an option to generate a new number plate combination when the vehicle resets itself to a new position. That would be really nice, as currently the number plates don't change at all once the cars spawn. Like, this is legit dev quality right there, just with real life vehicle brands instead of lore-friendly ones. Again, I really do like this mod, and hopefully we'll get to see more for the new year!
