I recall you can play with that small metal knob when your car is running to advance the throttle smoothly. Would love to do that here. It's a smooth operation, so you should be able to use your mouse to grab and pull so you can appriciate the power level desired.
Had an idea to speed up the process. You could try programming the throttle pedal to join the action group. Then you can press on it whilst on foot but it will have to be controlled pressure application
