SOLVED Loading AI

I started getting this error message whenever I spawned AI traffic in freeroam. Lately, the AI hasn't been recognizing any police vehicles I'm driving and the do not flee. My usual trick around this problem is to reload the LUA by pressing CTRL + L and then reloading the freeroam map, however that trick is no longer working. Both mods and vanilla police cars in the game are not recognized by the AI. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

 

Did you tried in safe mode? Maybe one of your mods broke the traffic.

 

No, I haven't tried safe mode. I'll give that a shot

yes, in safe mode, the AI vehicles recognize the vanilla police cars and flee.
