offtopic but on the rhd cars in game, does the camera go outside the car or stay inside the car when you look to your right
Hi all! Decided to share my own edits to this project Includes: - remodeled efini bumper, fixed bad topology and made it closer to real life counterpart - glass on bumpers is visible and on the back is now dark as it should - added support for RK engine pack - added beige seats (front and back) as this option was also available IRL - fixed speedometer discrepancy for km/h - added suspension variant that adds more customization to both front and rear - new sounds also added - some small fixes to the model, smaller tolerances and overall better fitment in the front - fully fixed mirrors (i don't remember if it was already done here) - exhausts are now fully functional and customizable (there was some problems with effect placement an missing models)
the mirrors part, they have detailed mirrors option so reflections, they have been remodeled on the actual mirror part of the mirror to be better, and i was modifing the positions of the detailed mirrors as they werent fixed in the sneaky peaky. major dae fixes were done (they might not seem major but its major) ever so slightly remodeled exhaust, driveshaft, added rouge_2 material to the seatbelt sockets for more realism, renamed colors and added 2 for the rz and spirit r, spirit r and rz now come in their exclusive colors, gear ratios were modifed to their real life ratios according to chatgpt's bootleg microsoft copilot, removed some errors from the console (not on the sneaky peaky) ambient occlusion to nearly all textures, massively improved textures, added some materials (carpet and the vent darkness material), added a new texture called cross_stitch.dds and its normal map which will be used for some race things (like pull door tabs, harnesses and misc) but at the moment is not, skins are fixed as szaqunx was a dummy and made the rz skin not work (it was fixed so it was red like on the actual car), gps dash which i think was on the newer rx7s (i saw a gps on the rz on some japanese website so its gotta be true), repurposed brake pedal as the clutch, repurposed the gas as the brake, and the thing on the floor right to the brake was made into the gas, mostly fixed jbeams so no more errors about some duplicate part (will be fixing it even more to remove flexbodies that dont exist), headlight texture on efini bumper now exists but the turn texture turns into the light_forza_dmg texture which will need to be fixed, new sounds, rear suspension has tuning configs on it now, made use of some of the unused textures, made some new textures for already existing materials and made normals for them, a pillars now have a plastic texture and roof uses the carpet material as the headliner, some textures are deleted as they were useless and already had better textures being used and way more that will take up my wifi limit
in game cars have this thingy and it alows you to select different seat colors. need to look in on how it works but its there so we dont need a seperate seat option --- Post updated --- also, im pretty sure that without the exhaust on doritos, they brap but when the exhaust is broken here, it no brap. i think its something with either the engine blends or the exhaust jbeams
it actually should brap when wankel engine is bridge ported, meaning there are custom intake and exhaust ports that a slightly bigger than stock ones. also for seats i think having real-life colors is more desirable for realism overall amazing work bro would be really great if we could collaborate to make this as amazing as it can get. maybe we can set up a Monday to track progress and separate tasks if you're interested
It has a intake options of bridge/semi-bridge port so i think to make it logical brap should only appear when the engine is bridgeported/semi-bridgeported

looks fine but spirit r is still yellow (cant remember much as i have bad memory lol) and theres no gps which im sure the newer rx7s had. also, are the recaro seats an orangeish color, slightly pale red or a red color as my left monitor says orange while my right monitor which is the one i play on says red
Added sounds for transmissions and also for gear change ~~ For those who don't want to download whole zip again just put attached jbeam file into vehicles/rx7 folder
will try in a few just fixing some errors in console relating to non power2 size of textures --- Post updated --- i already mentioned these files in the reply i sent to the person who showed their edit of my remaster but how would i make use of these? they should be used in things like race door pull tabs, harnesses, and misc items but what else can these be used for?
