Welcome to Kalamazoo Speedway, now officially brought to life in BeamNG.drive! Known as the fastest 3/8-mile paved oval in the world, this legendary track has been thrilling racing fans for an impressive **75 years**. Located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the Speedway has become a staple of American short-track racing, showcasing high-speed action and intense competition since its opening in 1948. Whether you're pushing the limits of your car in high-speed runs or tackling the track in various events, this digital rendition of Kalamazoo Speedway captures every twist and turn, bringing the rich history and excitement of the real-world track to the virtual world of BeamNG. Get ready for an adrenaline-fueled experience, where racing heritage meets cutting-edge simulation! this 8k map has dynamic lighting, 16 spawn locataions, trails, mud park, and much more to come. ⚠️ As stated above, this map is 8192x8192, twice the size of WCUSA. With that being said it's going to be a large file, the terrain block ALONE is over 1 gig. ⚠️ This map is far from complete I still have allot of buildings to place, signs, road decals, and aside from that I'm trying to get as far away from vanilla assets as possible. Meaning custom created house house models that way no two are the same. ⚠️ Lastly if your PC has less then 32 gigs of RAM, this map will NOT perform well for you. https://drive.google.com/file/d/100eDny187wqlanFXiUMFQaDQUgx-gCcE/view?usp=drivesdk
im sorry guys the mod has been under going construction and i removed the link due to multiple reports of performance issues. will be posting an update this weekend, the track buildings have interior along with a few other things
I'm aware of the reflection glitch when the pictures inside the garage are reflecting on the cars. Should be fixed with the next update. Here's a little teaser on what's gonna be included with the next update!
Most definitely plus races, I'm working on getting a drag strip up on the south end of the highway which will also have ai support. Timing system etc.
This map is also getting MP support. --- Post updated --- Preview to what's coming with the next update.
There will be an update coming up with a completely redone track model. And also added some custom houses to the surrounding areas

With a terrain block this size, and you start adding buildings, objects with texture files attached to them, space is going to increase brotha, I don't really know where you would be misleaded to think it's gonna be under a gig. I appreciate any constructive criticism you may have. But just be aware of the natures that are gonna come with large maps.

It's just the resolution size of the retrain block. Map creators can go up to 8k, or even 16k. I understand how you could misinterprete it in though of it just magically making the graphics appear as 8k but that's not the meaning behind it being an 8k map lol --- Post updated --- 8k is 25 square miles, 4k is half that. Which is the size of wcusa's map.
