In TopGear review they said - "The car understeers, but maybe that’s just tyre temperature". However I have to agree that understeer is really strong, although 80/90% of torque goes to rear wheels
To anyone looking forward to this mod, don't get your hopes up too much. It has been slapped together in the course of a month and it shows. Plenty of oversights and really weird issues. There are breakgroups and deformgroups leaking all over the place. I intend to make a video taking it apart and also having a look in the jbeam, pointing out issues, comparing to the Scintilla. (Not sure when) You also somehow managed to have it lift a front wheel on cornering The fender air vents also have no function and are just props But hey, at least it isn't on Patreon
This is brilliantly done, has its own character & learning curve. Sound is brilliant & reminiscent of an F1 powertrain. Granted I can detect understeer, but I suspect that's just part of the character that needs respect/taming. Love the race mode graphics, beautifully slick! Exceptional quality mod in my book as it stands (I have not dug too far under the surface & don't need to).
Ive been wanting this in beam since i first played FH5 (yeah yeah i know, coming from a former forza player) in all honesty this just gives off inspiration for me to try and recreate some of the more popular racing games (FH5, The Crew Motorfest, GT7, etc etc) i have kindav'e done this for assetto corsa already for Horizon 4 with the Senna mod i have for that game, so big Kudos for bringing this into beam!
