Smooth lights on cars dont work

on all cars in game, mods or original the smooth lights dont work, but light rays working, but no lights smooth turning on texture, can anybody help please?

 

there are very few cars that use the smooth lighting. afaik it's only the bruckell nine and a handful of mods here and there

 

no matter how many cars using smooth lighting, its just not working, on bruckell nine or mod cars

 

Send a video of the Bruckell Nine. We don't know what that mod is or if it's supposed to have smooth lighting.

Also try in safe mode with all your mods disabled.

 

bruckell nine working, just no smooth lighting and this in all mod cars

 

like i just said, most mod cars don't have smooth lighting yet. the ibishu claria is the only one i can think of that does

 

this problem with smooth lighting isnt work even on bruckell nine, forget about mod cars
