FPS drops when painting terrain

Hello all, has anyone experienced this? everytime i click on the mouse button to paint game almost freezes, FPS drops to the point that is imposible, i have to release mouse button and after a few seconds goes back to normal, painting a road is gonna take me ages.
It doesn't matter if it's dirt, asphalt etc..
I lowered graphics settings to the lowest and same result, i also hid all the vegetation and same thing...

Look in the console for errors. For me, removing materials without textures from the terrain painter fixed it for me.
