Can someone that knows how to make maps make an horror map that has an ton of jumpscares and sound effects etc while driving on roads or dirt roads or is that an bad idea. and please let me know if you are going to make that map or not thanks for reading.
This is not the relevant place to ask this. This is a place to add ideas and suggestions, so asking someone do it here is not relevant nor appropriate.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I think adding artificial jumpscares into a driving game (a genre of game that requires maintaining situational awareness and careful control of one's vehicle) is a patently bad idea. Spooky atmospheres or dreadful backstories are fine, but jumpscares don't inspire me normally, let alone in this genre of game. That said, I do think our mutual friend is in the right to post this here. Mod requests aren't against the forum rules, so long as they're not spammy, demanding, and don't violate any other forum rules or laws. And if a new user is going to post something like this in any subforum, Ideas and Suggestions would be the right place.
Yes- I read his post again, and he mentioned for someone TO MAKE it. If he had framed his suggestion as eg: "Would a horror map be possible?" or " I would appreciate the addition of a map that has a haunted background/past", then that would have been more suitable. Again, I know either of those two may or may not be realistic....
I'll admit that I didn't read his post all that carefully, and you're right, he could have been gentler about it; asking for a follow-up is more than a bit presumptuous. But even then, I don't think this thread is in the wrong section, just phrased awkwardly.

1. Night Drive can be found for free if you search, I wont tell how. 2. Yes 3. Sure it's outdated but it isn't broken. I don't know where all these people get the idea that the ghost doesn't work when it works very well on my side.
