Hello, I have a Toshiba Satellite L55D-B5364 laptop, and I am getting, at the most, 10fps... Is there any way fix this?

    My PC specs are:

CPU: AMD Quad Core A8-6410 Accelerated Processor
    GPU: AMD Radeon R5 Graphics
    RAM: 8GB 1600MHz DDR3L
    1 TB Hard Drive

    Thanks,
    Jake

Your laptop has an APU, that means the CPU and GPU are on the same chip. While this improves efficiency and lowers power usage, it means the GPU is usually quite weak.
BeamNG does at the moment require both a strong CPU and a mid-end GPU.
You have barely enough CPU power to drive the physics engine, it should be fine.
You do not have enough graphics power to run the graphics part of the game, which at the moment is pretty darn unoptimized.

Try turning the shadow quality to its lowest setting and see if you get any better results.

Shadow quality to its lowest as said is a good way to get some extra FPS

Also turning off all the FX options, AntiAliasing, and turning down your resolution are all good steps for increasing FPS on computers that find BeamNG hard to run
