I doubt it. Can't speak for anyone else, but I use canva for all my ads. Best software would be photoshop/illustrator, if you're looking to get started.

I have to confess though, that this advertisement is inspired by more of a 2018 flyer and not 2020 because guess what, car brands stopped making advertisements like this one a while ago, so this all you get.
