My first thread! I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, as I haven't been very active on the forums yet. But I thought I'd share this anyway. I was browsing the BeamNG Facebook page and came across a post about how to increase FPS. I gave it a try, and it seems to have worked, but I haven't had a chance to test it extensively yet. Here's what the post said: Load a level and go to world editor. select the terrain block in the scene tree and open its inspector window. Change screen error from 16 to 512. It will increase the amount of LOD management for the terrain block. It should be an option in the options for performance. But not. I see 40-60 fps boost in levels that are gpu limited. Results may very. One other thing that I use is Lossless Scaling that you can find on Steam. It works really well in my opinion. Sometimes more than double the frame rate.
On thing I have noticed is that the ground sometimes is sticking up in the road if the terrain is very un-even. But disappear when getting closer. Nothing that irritates me.
