Update Speculation thread

I want as rest a Sunburst remake. That or the Burnside/moonhawk remake ( or just a 4 door version )

new car. I want another classic. maybe a 70s Fullzize, better then the moonhawk,
or maybe a classic English car,

BUT maybe a FULL ev. Like a Tesla, ( yes am a petrol head ) BUT I think the Evs we have are very good, I love the EV SBR,

BUT i mean a ground up EV, Without a petrol version

 

I would like to see too a front engine super car, like Dodge Viper.

 

maybe a smart car type vehicle under the ETK brand?

 

i still think that the sunburst is the vehicle most likely to get the next remaster
since
it has been highly requested
spring updates tend to focus on the faster/newer cars
and out of all the cars it needs it the most


(even though I would prefer a moonhawk or burnside remaster)

 

we need an Audi and Mercedes equivalent brand to beamNG we need to see some German rivalry

Agreed... but ETK already also draws from those two brands with the I-Series. Maybe Porsche?

Probably not, maybe it could be built on the Cherrier platform to match the IRL platform of the Dart.

 

I'm sorry, but I have to disagree with you. The Wentward is probably one of the most outdated vehicles in the game and there is literally no interactability besides the engine door and doors. All of those switches don't do anything inside, unlike the T-series. The crash model for the front is ok, but the rest is horrendous. For example, if you hit the roof hard enough, parts of it disappear. It also just has one engine available. I think it needs a full remaster and has to be rebuilt by the devs from scratch. It has so much potential, like more realistic sounds, more modern variants, different styles, and a better j-beam. And besides a few new skins, it hasn't been touched since gabester built the thing back in 2018.

 

Rivalry would be cool af to introduce ngl, particularly in the scope of motorsport

That could be a great chance to introduce an English automaker with a Vanquish-like V12 marque. 2000s British and luxury are missing right now. I think this could be a great addition to the game specifically in regards to career mode where the player can have an ultimate goal to work towards. Luxurious and raw with strong racing heritage and thus a reputable brand name. Also costs an arm, a leg and your hairline in terms of maintenance and just buying the car period. But it should be a very rewarding achievement

British I don't know. Their recent cars like Jaguar I-Pace ehh, is a newest car on Junk Yard. Land Rover Quality is so bad that is a joke (Price/Quality). Older cars like Bond car maybe, but my opinion is that they should focus on one car market ("USDM") than focusing on every market on earth. They add like 2-3 new cars per year, so filing every car market would take a 10-20 years ?

 

This game is a car simulator, not american car simulator, there should be a diversity in car content, not only american cars. Also american market is filled really well as of now, so I'd say they shouldn't focus much on new american cars for now.
I know the career is set in USA, but as I said the american car selection offers almost every niche of cars.

 

If my calculations are right , the 0.35 update should come out in March ( less than a month !!! ) What are your exact date predictions ? Do you guys think we'll have some teasers ? If we do , do you think we'll see them in February or very close to release like 0.34 ?

Historically (going back to 2019) the spring update is usually 2nd or 3rd week of April. In the past few years the earliest was March 29th and latest was May 3rd and one year didn't have one.

Off the top of my head teasers for the Spring update usually start last week of February, with a few exceptions (usually when there's a new car for the update)

 

Thanks for the informations ! Is there usually a new car or a remaster in the spring update ? Im guessing a remaster since we had a new car in the winter update and putting my bet on a Sunburst remaster ! Do we have any serious hints on what 0.35 will be or only speculation as this point ?
