Released Skill Chain App 1.0

Good to hear! Unfortunately I don't think there's a whole lot I can do about is. Blur behind elements of an UI app is handled outside of the UI app itself, sadly it's not customizable and is always rectangular (the main menu also has this issue, but the radius of the corners are much smaller so it's not as obvious).
It's not ideal, but I think the added clarity helps more than the overflowing takes away, and during testing I found it to be unnoticable most of the time.

 

ok this may be a bit rude, but i found a way to get every beam edition car as quickly as possible

Spoiler: Don't read this if you want to legitimately earn the Beam Edition cars

step one: spawn a small rock
step two: go as far up as you can in freecam
step three: drop the rock
step four: claim achievements
step five: claim cars
The reason it does this (i think) is because the rock has no beams, and if enough beams are deformed it breaks the chain

 

Speaking of cheating, from my observation the app knows when you pause the game during a burnout or drift, but it doesn't when speeding – and I just made 200k points by accident, lol.

 

Yeah, that happens. I could fix it more or less, but I think I'll leave it for now. If nothing else, it's one way to unlock everything fast for those who don't enjoy the grind.

It doesn't actually check if the game is paused or not. Drifting stops counting because the position of the car stays exactly the same, which normally doesn't happen apart from when the physics are paused or when the streams don't update fast enough. When the position is the same as the previous check, it will ignore that drift (this is actually what caused the random drift skills when going straight in the previous version)

Originally I wanted to check for both pausing and slow motion to also change the timing for everything based on the bullettime, but it would've complicated things a lot so I didn't bother (for now anyway)

On another note, let me know if any of the achievements are too easy or too difficult to complete!

 

Great update! I really love this app.
One suggestion: a setting to toggle the "flash" effect when new text appears.

Clearing cache usually works. If you have unpacked it.
