I had trouble with the tires aswell the mod that was conflicting with it for me was the ipsm pessima pack, hope this helps everyone
I've been made aware that the Legacy Tires Pack I released years ago conflicts with the tires on the Avior. To be fair, I have labeled it as Unsupported on the repository for a long time, and I have no intentions of updating it since it's generally not needed anymore at this point. Your best solution is to remove that mod completely if you still have it, unless there are extreme circumstances where you absolutely need it (in which you simply disable it instead). For the wheel texture issue, although it is certain that a mod is conflicting with the materials, I have been unable to find exactly which one. But I did find that going to the default directory where BeamNG stores the user data (AppData/Local/BeamNG.drive/latest) and moving the vehicles folder elsewhere should resolve that when launching the game with no other mods enabled. Alternatively, you could delete that folder, but given that user-created configurations are also stored there, I would proceed with caution going with this method (simply delete the common folder within if you fancy doing that). And as a final note, if you intend on using PayPal to pay for the mod instead of a credit card, be aware of an additional 4.5% currency conversion fee PayPal tacks on as always, if your country's currency is anything but pounds sterling. At the time of purchase, it would have been $4.78 for me after applicable taxes were applied, but I was charged an even $5.00 when I used the former payment method. That's pretty much all I have to say for the Avior mod. It goes well with the rest of the Procyon lineup
Very high quality mod, totally worth paying for. I also made an advertising video for it https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1L...ck&vd_source=951a0368c337c2d2a0da9827c527fae3
There seems to be an issue with tires loading on certain configs in any map, please roll out a fix as soon as you can.
9.5/10 Rides much more firm (bouncy, but firm) than a Lexus land yacht, more than my 96 and 2000 ES' I had, but the sheer quality is immense and praiseworthy. You managed to capture the essence of 90's luxury and paid attention to the small details, and it shows. Great job!
uhm i still have a problem even i dont have the legacy tires pack i literally dont know whats wrong with the mod
probably another mod conflicting with it, I have the same problem with the Vivace Gravel's rally tires and I can't figure out which mod is causing it
I've been having the same issues with the missing textures on the wheels, I also noticed that the thermostat seems to be set to open at 30°c meaning the engine never gets upto operating temperature when engines are set to start cold, easily fixed though. Other than, that, This mod is fantastic! Beam has always lacked a true 90s luxo barge. The gauge cluster is very cool.
Having owned one, the suspension is a bit firm and the ride height is a bit too high. Other possible bugs: Engine thermostat is set to 30C Engine fan speed is set to 400 which probably also doesn't help The automatic transmission is using a flywheel instead of a torque converter This makes me really, really regret selling mine. I really miss that car.
I will say, this thing is insanely detailed and very polished. Right down to the small things such as the sounds the doors make when they close, and the stitching on the dash, ruffled leather on the door panels, etc. Even the electro-luminescent gauges look just like the real ones on the LS. On my end as far as bugs go, the gauges themselves light up but don't function. Most likely a conflicting mod I assume. Also, the ride height as others have said is just too high on models without air ride, and the ride is a bit too firm. I've driven a couple early 400s IRL and they're not "Crown Vic floaty" but they're not "BMW firm" either if that makes sense. Other than that, it's pretty top notch. Still not loving all the paid mods here lately but you've definitely done it right.
hey, sorry if it was already brought up but, would you by any chance release it on ko-fi or even patreon? I don't really get the gumroads payment methot
Has anyone found a possible fix for the tires bug yet? All my mods are deactivated and that still didn't help.
