why does my downloaded mods not show up

    theres a mod i download via file. i already got in on the mods folder and everything it still wont show up
    i already made a new folder it still wont

    Bumpish, same for me.

    So I didn't fix it yet, but it is going well with other stuff.
    I used this tutorial here.

    Edit: I misunderstood the post, it's for me, but when I make a mod.
