I think that it is not a problem with the mod itself because if the wheels use vanilla textures, it can be something with my beamng (other mods maybe broke some files or idk)
If it helps anyone the mod that was conflicting for me was a mitsubishi ASX mod i probebly got from modland or something like that.
It would be better if there's a boat like soft suspension option for it. Current suspension feels too stiff. Also, front struts doesn't have a lot of upwards travel, thus making it impossible to lower the front end without hitting the bump stops. I believe it's the positioning of the struts or the overall design of the front suspension making it sit quite high. I've managed to made my own aftermarket airstruts with a boaty feel to it. Next, can you add a working electric folding mirrors? It would be so cool! Thanks!
Go on GumRoad and log in . You should see " Library " . Click on that and you should see the mod . Re-download it back and you should have the newest version !
I am waiting for the confirmation email to create an account, I was looking on Google for instructions and one website () says the way I need to use the app to download. --- Post updated --- Account confirmed there is nothing in my library. The product page says "purchase again" but in my library there is nothing, I have no download emails but the payment for £4.19 is showing in my Paypal account. Edit: I downloaded the Gumroad app but it gives me Gumroad (nothing in the library on there), and Trading 212 which wants me to sign up separately. What do I do with this other app to download this mod? Edit: Nothing in my library, this is the same on the app View attachment 1210299
i'm afraid we can't help you here as Finn just made the mod and uploaded it to gumroad, the site itself handles all of the transactions that allow us to buy and download it i'd suggest bringing the issue up with gumroad support
There is no support. It sends me straight to a library of instructions that shows how to navigate to my library which is empty, or suggests to check my receipt email which I did not receive. The problem seems to be that I bought before I create the account as I bought through Paypal, though it is the same email the site won't give me what I bought. I have had several chat boxes now that I have opened and wrote everything out in and simply gets closed without response!
WTF, that's so weird. I stand corrected, though. Maybe you could try emailing them at support@gumroad.com. I heard online they have a tendency to not reply, but it might be worth a try anyhow.
I have sent Gumroad an email. I have not had the best of luck when it comes to online stores recently. Perhaps there should be a BeamNG mod marketplace on here, any payware level mods can have their own corner of the repository rather than having to rely on 3rd party hosts. --- Post updated --- Gumroad responded, they explained instructions on how to make the payment again but with different methods. Despite the fact that I said in the initial email the payment had gone through with Paypal and the issue was with it being missing.
I bought the mod about 2 hours ago (version 1.02). It's worth every cent. Especially with the "aftermarket suspension", which can be downloaded in this thread, the car drives as realistically as I like. Unfortunately, the problem with the missing 16 tires still exists in this version, at least for me.
If you can't see it in your library, try clicking the "view content" button in the email from your order.
I agree honestly, with how many paid mods there are now I think there should be a dedicated BeamNG ran storefront for them. Anyhow, since you mentioned you used PayPal, maybe you could file for a refund on there? I heard PayPal has a surprisingly lax refund policy. If that doesn't work, I think you might be out of luck here
