Unfortunately has not been a lot of progress due to the fact, I am Having to learn how to do everything and
I am trying to find parts to make it look as accurate to a Real life as I possibly can such as I’m trying to find a chassis and axles that match the The vehicle in real life
this will be based off of mine
As I was saying there will be a paid version and a free version once complete. The paid version will be a early access. Plus you will get a special variant once The public version is released I want to go into details, what will be in the special variant at the moment, but will let you know when it comes out

I’ve now decided to cancel the mod for BeamNG drive, to all who don’t like the fact it was paid was because the model cost me £77 & I’ve spent another £5-20 on other programs to make the mod work And i’ve spent a 3 to 5 hours in blender just trying to make the body usable for games

You can't charge money for a mod that uses real life assets and names. It's not against forum rules but it is against copyright laws (among others)

 

No I bought it if I was modelling it it never get made

 

Then give credits to the model maker.

 

Nothing in my license says I am not allowed to sell it and plus plenty of models that have paid mods with brand named vehicles

 

They don't follow rules as much, plus, it's not the model's license, it's (Copyright) licenses.

I'm not saying it is the model that causes issues. It's the fact that it's a real-life model car. You'll be fine if you use a fake name or make something lore-friendly, but it is frowned upon here to make a paid mod as your first mod. People look at it like you're only here to make a buck and don't really care.

 

In that case, you just import a model quickly in blender and make a forum post "because you are learning to do everything". If it was a 3D model from scratch i would understand or at least if the 3D model isn't yours then you could have put it in game with suspension and body. That's all you need.. However this thread seems like blatant joke so i am not giving any chances on this mod especially when it's paid.

 

Do you understand how much goes into making the mod? It’s not just a simple as putting a body on a chassis and suspension? You have to do XML coding and a lot more that goes into it it is not cheap and it’s not quick.

 

XML Coding? What?

 

1) wtf does xml coding have to do with anything
2) wtf do you mean by it's not cheap making a jbeam
3) just copy a suspension from another car lmao
4) i meant not the full mod, but only the body and the suspension

 

so if you don’t know how to code useless try you give up and you let those who have knowledge of how to create mods on BeamNG and you observe otherwise you can largely leave the community because you were offended that they made you a remark about the laws on the law of author and intellectual property so leave your mod to abandon and let go of the case

 

- you imported a hum3d model
- youre making it paid despite not having any proof of getting it ingame
- you say that youre "learning everything as you go on"


yeah ig just use the model for something else

 

he can still use it for a beamng mod.. however learn the basics because idk what this guy is doin
