I would like to hire a mod maker for a specific car but am not sure what or where to look. if anybody has suggestions I'd be so appreciative!

It is very expensive because mod making is time consuming and a pain to be frank. unless you have, like, 3k USD in your pocket and you cannot think of a better way to spend it ( that is an underrated estimate), you are going to have to learn to mod, like I did/am.

well its depending on the quality, if its a meshslap it could prolly be cheeper, or something where the model can be sourced, but a full on lore friendly mod with like everything would be a lot.

Even a meshslap is a pain and takes about 3 hours to do. You have to go through the Jbeam, name all the parts on the model (or god forbid separate and rename them) you are using to the ones inside the Jbeam's you are basing it on. Modding for this game is time consuming.
