How do i change the engine sounds, i could have sworn years ago you could switch sounds around on it.
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but the Transmission Overwrite seems to not be working for me. When I use this on non-vanilla cars, the customizable engine is installed alongside the normal engine. However since the original engines tend to explode I'd like to remove them so that only the customizable engine remains. But when I try to accelerate, I can't select a gear. Does anybody know a fix?
for some reason when applying multiple upgrades that worsens performance (ex. smaller block, clogged air filter, carb etc.) to any engine, when the engine stalls it breaks the engine. is there any fix for this? i disabled every addon and nothing changed.
any of etk i exhaust goes off with any mod engine. Checked it in safe mode, so it is not a conflict with any other mod
Do you plan on adding Air Tanks and Air Compressors? Vehicles like the bus that rely on air supply for braking can't be used with this mod unfortunately
I'm having an issue with the engines not appearing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared cache, uninstalled all other mods, uninstalled this mod and reactivated it. No luck with anything.
Its in the licence plate type slot, just select highly customizable engines instead of an actual licence plate type. It will work on any car that has this slot

Can you add 3D printed pistons, valves and crankshafts (there are IRL engines using them)? They normally perform between cast and forged parts.
Just so that everyone knows this: THIS MOD ADDS LIMP-MODE TO YOUR ETK I, EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE A MODDED ENGINE INSTALLED IN THE CAR.
Noticed when trying to make a 2 valve/cylinder v6 it renders the custom ecu ignition mapping useless. It just defaults to some other ecu setting that has very different curve than what you'd expect based on how you have the ignition mapping set up. Pic 1 is using 2 exhaust valves and 1 intake valve with a rough draft of the ignition map I'm using. Pic 2 the only thing changed was the exhaust valve count. These are both using Sequential Fuel Injection.
