Just delete the files manually from the temp and vehicles folder from the User Data folder. It's a helluva lot quicker.

zvezdan mods are stupid i tried some of them and i have to say oh my god!!!!!

 

I think i can agree in some point because every mod i have from him has at least two of these problems:
Tailgate not opening or closing
Weird angles of doors opened
No engine mesh
Missing parts like door handle or mirror
Light issues
Bad suspension jbeam
FPS drop
Game crash when vehicle colliding
Collision issues like spiking
Not looking like on the image
