Welcome to Pista Salentina! This is a real life track used for go-kart, drift, and rally! The map includes the track and also all the surrounding area! It is still a work in progress, and it has a few custom assets for vegetation and buildings. A lot will still be added, and if you like to test it, you can download it at the bottom of this post. This track is located in the countryside of southern Italy, amongst diseased centenary olive trees, vineyards, and poisoned agricultural fields. It also has lighting for night-time driving! The map is designed SPecifically for rally, and when you first open it you will see only one mission available. You can choose to use the provided car, or use your own. This is an early version of traveling between rally stages, a long awaited feature for sim-rally fans that is only possible in BeamNG. When you finish a mission the next one will be unlocked, You will need to open your map to make it visible, or hit CTRL+L on your keyboard to update the mission system. It's right in front of you! Right now our car will be reset after every mission, but in the future keeping the damage may also be possible! The stages on this map are fictionary, only the main track is used as a super SPecial stage in Rally del Salento. This is one of the most challenging rally in the Italian Championship, and drivers and their teams get double points here, for good reason! The roads are really narrow and surrounded by stone walls. Jeopardy lays at every corner! My plan is to make a map for every stage of this rally, that will also include the surrounding area of the stage, with hundreds of kilometers of roads for rallying! I think traps like this should be blocked from being advertised on BeamNG.com Change it so people can download it without needing to provide an email address.
its not a trap. if you don't like to give your email address you can just give a fake one and download it anyways. i belive the site notifies you with an email when something gets an update. anyways its a work in progress and it will be released on beamng repository when ready.

eventually getting some work done on this map. lights on the track for playing at night. pacenotes in italian and english (with ai pacenotes mod) working on the surrounding area with more than 10km of roads and long rally stage
Hey! Nice map, I always go in vacation in the near village of Torre San Giovanni (LE) and I come here to do a small race with a rented kart. Seeing this map really makes me want to go there. Great job!!
the map is almost two years old. it doesn't work with the new version of beam. i will release an updated version of this map somewhere in the near future...
