loading screen

whenever the game fully loads and i get in for a split second it shows the game then it puts the starting menu/loading screen photos up with my ui still there (picture for reference)
sidenote: i have two monitors so when i switch the beamng window from the main monitor to the second one the loadingscreen ui goes away for a second

 

i get this to idk what it is though i think it shows if you have a lot of mods or loading a big mod map

 

update: the game works but my ui just doesnt load at all
