Sunburst race 6 speed in arcade gearbox not shifting

    Just what it says on the tin. Simplest way to reproduce this bug is to spawn in a Sunburst Sport RS, and swap the transmission out for the race 6 speed. While in Arcade gearbox mode, trigger the ESC by sliding, then the transmission either hangs in 1st gear for a moment, or is stuck in 1st. Respawning vehicle temporarily reverts the issue, but after ESC is triggered the issue returns.

    If you let go of accelerator while the transmission is stuck on 1st, the shift occurs. The RPM hits the threshold shortly below dropping below it. This causes the transmission to never upshift. Also, the issue can happen without the ESC.
