    Clearing the cache doesn't help. Most likely the textures of the original game files that uses the map have been replaced. Missing tree collision and low drawing range

    Cleared Cache, did a deep clear cache. Nothing. The map is broken at several places

    Here's a screenshot for example. Sorry about the exposure. It's something to do with Windows & HDR when taking a SS.

    A few "failed to load annotation map" in the console as well.

    Not only I did I deep cleaned the cache, I've changed the user folder to a new SSD that I've never played BeamNG on, I've reinstalled the whole game into that new SSD, redownloading this mod onto that new SSD, played it, and it's broken. I did roamed this map for a bit after the 0.35 update, and it was fine. I believe the Hotfix update released on April 3rd broke this mod

    I am having some weird issues too. I am having a issue where the LOD is causing a issue where the trees flash in and out. Also the tree view distance is like one fourth of what is use to be. I went into the level editor and looked at the tree models and it looks like they are missing LOD level 3 (there are 4 levels). I think that's causing the popping in and out issue. The view distance issue i'm not sure whats causing that tho. I added 2 screenshots of what it looked like before and after.

    The map is broken, it's missing things both from itself & from the East Coast map it pulls assets from.

    No amount of cache cleaning will fix it.

    For me it was exactly the same. In some places the roads are completely gone, only the grey terrain beneath is still there.

    I have also deep cleaned the cache and uninstalled-reinstalled the mod, there is also no folder in /levels. As clean as it gets.

    I know, I just need to mention that I did clean the cache to show that I've done everything that could have been my mistake. Because I predict someone was gonna tell me to clean my cache.

    It's important for people to know that this isn't a one-off issue but an actual one, that more than one person are experiencing

    yeah, actual roads are missing/messed up. definitely should be labeled as "outdated" until it's fixed

    I fixed the level. What you need to do is download this level and place it in your mods folder. Then it will work. What i did was disconnect it from the repo so it cant update. Then copied some files from the American Road Refresh mod over to fix the main problems with the map. I hope this helps. Feel free to message me. I uploaded to google drive because it a big file

    To find mods folder follow these instructions. (appdata/Local/BeamNG.drive/0.35(Or newer)/Mods)
    1. Press Windows Key + R
    2. It will take you to appdata/roaming. What you need to do is go to the appdata folder.
    3. Once you are in the appdata folder you will see a file called Local. Go to that.
    4. Find a file called BeamNG.drive
    5. In that folder click on the most current version of the game. In this case 0.35
    6. Go to mods and copy this mod in that folder.

    Is this the map that i uploaded? If so try uninstalling all American Road maps. If you have the original one installed that may be causing the problem. I'm not sure why you are having a issue if its the one i uploaded. It seems fine for me.

    well that's a problem since the older assets have been broken until the recent update prior to the one on Oct 21, 2024. this LOD issue wasn't happening in 0.34 but is happening in 0.35 indicates a bug.

    Is this reuploaded version that's available on the repository the "fixed" version, or just the pre-existing upload? Testing now I'll update if I can determine.

    Edit: It seems fine so far. Last I remember trying it, roads had been missing. As of right now the highways that were invisible are perfectly visible in this reupload, and everything appears to be working properly so far. No standout missing textures or assets, with a quick scan using freecam at high speed. Just updating for any viewing.
