5 Fps on mid end pc

Hello i have a AMD Ryzen 5 5500, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 and 16gb of ram. Ive been playing beamng with no problem running around 50 fps on normal/high settings with traffic. I started to get into tweaking my graphics and i downloaded zk graphics. It was working fine for a couple of days and then one day i start up my game and im stuck at 5 fps. Ive tried verifying the game integrity, deleting the graphic tweakers, and did a full reinstall of the game and im still at 5 fps and i do not know what the problem is. Can anyone help? That's really strange, I've seen a lot of people with high end specs have issues like that. I run a gtx 650 and ryzen 7 1700x with 16 gigs of dual channel ram and I've never had a problem. Have you tried verifying integrity?

 

Yes and i deleted and reinstalled the game. Its getting very frustrating

 

Does safe mode fix it? (Launcher > Support tools > Safe mode)
