Meet Val, the hero car of the 1990 action thriller "The Run". She's a modified '81 Corvette used by Ray Hawkins, a 22 year old hotshot from California who takes up the challenge of partaking in America's biggest underground street race called "The Run". However, the cops have different plans, and now the name of the game is evasion and survival. Quite tough to do in a bright red Corvette, but those old Caprices and Ltds don't stand a chance. However, every cop and their mother in the country is looking for Val and her driver. What happens to the duo? Nobody knows!
