Cannot upload map to repo

When I try to upload the ZIP file in the area where you upload a mod to the repo, it gives me an error telling me to enable Two-Step verification. I tried enabling it in my account settings multiple times and I have the code in my authenticator app but it still will not let me upload it.

Also: I tried uploading an image to this post and it says to please enable Two-Step verification to upload files.
