Also, it is actually realistic, as the Peel P50, did not, in fact, have a radiator. This car is based on the Peel P50. Nekkit wanted it to be as close to the real car as they could get, which means that it has no radiator.

Did you actually expect that a car like this would be good at racing? There's a host of reasons why this car is not good at racing, like its high center of gravity or the fact that even with the race parts, it still is quite slow. It's meant to be a joke config, because nobody in their right mind would want or need to build a race Peel P50. And what do you mean that they aren't usable? They can still work fine, just try to drive on a shorter track and make sure to put every lap to cool down.
