UPDATE!!!

I have done a lot of work today, so here is a rundown of major developments:

1.) I have completely remodeled the track mesh, so it is significantly less bumpy and waaay better to drive on now.

2.) I redid the walls with a higher quality, better textured mesh, so now they don't look like they're from Roblox.

Now all I have to do is redo a bunch of stuff to align it to the new mesh and also redoing some of my terrible textures.

(Please note, I honestly have no idea why the asphalt is red, but I am currently trying to fix it)

I did some more work on the Atlanta today. Mostly, I was adding lines to the new track mesh, and also making a better texture that looked more like paint.

Not really, granted it doesn't look like concrete from here, but i'm sure your camera will be more than a foot off the ground. Although it should be a little grayer

I NEED THIS MOD DUDE IT LOOKS SO GOOD! Please don't give up, there have been way too many incredibly promising mods that got almost finished, but never published, and it's so annoying. PLEASE don't cancel this
