What are you talking about? I've never used GT7 models. This is my first published car. It wasn't a quick mod, it took me 3 to 4 months, and there's still a lot of content I'd like to add.
Why don't we reserve our criticism until we see how good the mesh ends up being? And he's not wrong either, at least if JorgePinto is to be believed; he reworked the JBeam quite extensively in the Peugeot 205 mod but it still apparently gets excessive spiking due to being a high-poly FH4 model.
You just said it yourself, your own experience, I don't even have access to those 3D models, don't assume I have access to all the video game models, and in any case, if I wanted to make a quick and easy meshlap, I would use the first model I found on the internet and I wouldn't put as much detail and work into it, like any basic mod. --- Post updated --- What are you talking about? Or, maybe just post the jbeam pictures in your original post? Pretty much an unwritten standard of the forums. This response though is pretty much all I needed to know about you.
friend, I haven't done it, I don't do it, and I never will, because unlike OTHER people, I have mods that support me, and I like to play with that mystery, but if you want images, I can provide them without any problem, I just hope you do it in a nice way, since I'm not going to allow it to be demanded from me, and if it bothers you so much to investigate, it's not my problem
Would be great if you could write down all the unwritten rules one "should" obey to when posting a mod, just for clarification.
this is yet another argument that has gotta be rage bait, or some of y'all desperately need to get a job because being a keyboard warrior over the jbeam of a free mod is not gonna cut it
