[FORUMS] Remove Skype from the Contact Details tab and replace it with Discord

    Microsoft officially announced that Skype would be gone by May 2025 in this blog post

    And the day of Skype getting killed off has come, All Skype users has been asked to migrate to Microsoft Teams as the platform shuts down and I think we all know what platform we should replace the Skype tab on the Identities page with

    So go ahead mods, Replace or delete the skype connection already because it's DEAD
