For some news, I've started working on a full revamp of the thing, including a nearly complete remodel as well as major jbeam changes. It's also going to have it's own wheels, interior variants, weather protection equipment, a choice of dedion and double-wishbone rear suspension, and a bunch of other stuff. It's also going to be the least practical career compatible vehicle, with space for a single medium crate in the trunk. There's still a lot of stuff left to do, and I have no idea when I'll be done, but hopefully somewhere before the end of the year.
yay, lore friendly catheram 7 is coming back the old one is still good but i can't wait for it to be even better
It's more that I decided to start my project of completely remodeling the thing from scratch, as the model had many issues. At the same time I'm also adding a bunch of parts and stuff. Options for double wishbone or Dedion rear suspension, caterham inspired wheels, much better suspension tuning, better made roll cages, different interior parts with skins, and a bunch more stuff.
It's a different selection of engines. For now the options are the BX's 2L engine as the main engine (like before), with the other options being the Pigeon's 1300cc engine and the Gavril 4.5L V8. I've removed the Miramar engines as I'm aiming more towards post-2010 Caterhams. I'll probably add the 1.5L Ibishu engine at some point, but it's not going to be in the initial update as it would be a decent bunch of work to port in covet engines due to how they're setup compared to the BX's.
The 1300cc engine was essentially an attempt at making something kinda similar to the caterham 160, at least in performance and function, w/o having to make my own Kei car engine. The pigeon's regular engine is Kei legal but it's a bit too agricultural for a modern sports car.
