5070ti vs 9070xt

Been thinking for a long while, and I have no idea what could give me the best possible performance. Of course, both GPUs are good, but which one does the best for the highest fps? I hear about people having issues with AMD, but also that AMD has better raw performance. Anyone with their benchmarks?

beamng has performance issue with amd gpu, so I think go for 5070ti is better option
Btw for raw performance, AMD is better lol
