I had, but uninstalled it before I bought dynamo

Guys, I bought this mod on Patreon, sadly I can't see the update on Patreon... If I want to get the most recent version, do I have to rebuy it? Or is there another way?
I'm a lot confused and idk what can I do, I want the new version a lot...

I'm having an odd issue where once I respawn the vehicle, the soft top mechanism so the trunk will open just... doesn't work. Like pressing the interactable button for it doesn't do anything and I have no idea why
