Hey so I've been using this for the past few days and I've enjoyed using it but I thought I'd let you know of some issues ive had with it: 1) The coolant on the stock and heavy duty radiator sits at 50% permanently, while the high performance overheated to piston ring damage after 1:00 and a dead engine after 1:30 While the ultra high performance overheated to piston ring damage after 1:40 and a dead engine after 2:15 2) Rally rear brakes aren't centered to the hub on driver or passenger side (the front are) 3) Engine sounds for the 436GT are permanently muffled as if the sounds are from the driver camera inside the car while using exterior cameras, where other engines sound normal 4) Exhausts have little to no volume change for every engine except the B205 & KA24 that work normally 5) RB26 is exponentially louder compared to other engines Overall though I really enjoy it, always happy to have more evo's in beam and the fox on the dash is also a plus <3
Thank you very much for your comments, and I am familiar with the whole topic of engine audios, but the problem is that the audios added for engines are not very prone to being changed, unlike the original BeamNG audios.
Hey so I spent a bit of time messing with the jbeam for the 436gt and the rb26 to "fix" them, I had next to no clue what i was doing but wanted to use the opportunity to learn about jbeam stuff and eventually I got them to a reasonable volume (436gt louder and rb26 quieter) They're still nowhere near perfect but to me atleast they sound a lot better than before, I might try again another time now that I know how it works but for now I already put 4 hours in and they're good enough for me
Wydm I realized this only now why you have the same config as ring0n mod!? The exact same + livery that’s strange “Mine’s config”
Well, it's obvious that if another mod has the "Mine's" configuration it will look similar, since that's the real Evo Mine's, it's not an invented configuration, like the rally or TME ones .w. --- Post updated ---
Hey I'm liking this mod so far but I have a few observations: The fuel cap JBeam is really unstable and weak which causes the cap to deform or fall off while driving. Both the rear and front lights could really use some work, specially the headlights which have a broken texture and messed reflections There are quite a few parts with very low poly meshes where you can see the triangles And a few misaligned fenders And then it's a shame you cannot open neither the hood and trunk...
The first step of the lights are not the lights on, they are just the position lights, like in real cars or like in ATS or ETS2, the lowbeam are the second step, and the highbeam are activated with the K key. It is still a mod in progress, and there is still opportunity to correct errors.
