Just some Reshade (HDR and a blue tint mostly) and high graphics settings

 

Ik but im talking abu the map like how did u edited the map to make to an parking lot

 

I just used world editor and put in a few cars and guard rail props

 

U got a tutorial for that or is it the same one u sended me on dms ?

 

Imo you should just experiment with it and practice, that's what I mostly did
