I have three ideas so this might be a long post, sorry. :p

    1) I think you should be able to get a top-down view of the map and kind of click and drag a path for your cars to follow. This way you have freedom to crash into moving objects instead of still ones like in ROR.

    2) In ROR the replay mode took it frame by frame so if you got 7 frames then 400 frames per second you would need to wait forever then you would go to far the next second. This all boils down to needing a steady recording frame rate, like always 30, 60, whatever.

    3) If you really liked a crash you should be able to re-render it at 10,000 frames per second or something so you can see all the detail because there is no way you are getting 10,00 fps with this.

All very good ideas. I especially like the first one. It would be awesome to tell the AI what to do. You could set up crashes with other cars, or be creative and make a giant sequence of crashes like this: Minus the people of course. :p They should also give us some "Hollywood FX" stuff, like making a car explode on impact, or to increase the likelihood of flipping to create spectacular clips.

The last one would be like blender, it renders it for hours but then you watch it! :p

Oooh fancy! That sounds cool. I have an idea to fix the first one though:if something goes wrong in the motion path, like if a car runs into a tree because the path told it to follow, you would be able to reset the entire thing and fix the error. That way you could change small things without having to set everything up again (and you could just reset everything so you can do it again!).
