So i tried deleting and reinstalling the game, and the problem is still there. it is probably an issue related to the game itself.
hello, I ran into the problem that the traffic on all the maps doesn't want to work, it just spawns somewhere in the sky and an error is written on top that the AI can't find the way (I posted a video with the problem from below.Sorry for the poor quality). Also, the traffic menu opens only in map mode. I'd be glad if you could help.
Hi, I have an issue with the installation of this mod into beamng. Whenever I have the base EU or Yakuza Traffic installed in my mods folder, the game refuses to load on start
Try with standard maps, this is probably an issue with modded maps not having any ai roads set up Never heard of this and shouldn't be possible, how are you installing it and what version are you on
I am installing it directly through files like this "C:\Users\"User"\AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\0.35\mods" and using the most recent version
This should work fine, not sure why it wouldn't. could you upload the latest beamng.log files from the 0.35 folder and give any extra info on any errors that pop up if any?
Well i figured since it was a fairly new mod, and after reading some comments, i figured it just wasn't updated yet to the newest version. I've read over all the instructions thoroughly and followed all them accordingly. After installing the mod and trying to get it to work, nothing happens, i changed the keybind for the menu, tried uninstalling all mods but the traffic mod, went into some of the files even to see if i could identify and problems in the code, nothing seemed to work. Tried redownloading beam and using it on a fresh install, didn't work. I'm not getting an errors or anything the menu simply doesn't open for me, Also tried rolling back my beam on steam to an older version and launching in safe mode along with the other things that i tried. Still no luck with any of that either. When i try to spawn any traffic through the default traffic setting implemented in beam it freezes my game indefinitely then eventually force closes/ crashes. any other info/options i didnt try im all ears for suggestions
After trying to add my own vehicle group to the mod's folder, the mod immediately crashes on start-up: After some testing, it turned out this crash is random and not dependent on any model I put into the list. The more models I put into my group, the more likely the app is to crash at start-up - on six or more, it crashes every time. On five, it's random. I understand that this is not the "official" way to add custom traffic groups. It pains me that this extremely simple functionality (setting up custom traffic groups, not to mention car pooling) isn't a core feature of Beam.ng and needs ridiculous workarounds. I'm asking for either a tutorial on how to add a new vehicle group correctly (it's got to be possible, since you're adding more in your traffic group mods), or an in-game option to make a new traffic group by selecting an existing vehicle group.
I use hacked up versions of the vehicle group files that aren't compatible with the standard stuff and need to be done in specific ways to get it all to work, these have been changed further in the latest wip versions of the mods and I plan to properly document how to set them up properly once that's out (should be soon) Why it seemingly randomly breaks on the main menu however I have no clue
If you had heeded the huge red notice that implored you to read the whole thread, you will have noticed that the author is already too busy to take additional requests. Since the mod makes vehicle pooling work with hand-placed vehicles you can always spawn in a mix of cars recreating Indonesian traffic yourself.
ik the us part isint in the works yet but when it is can you add a 2014 F-150 4 Door XLT? i wanna be able to crash my grandparents cruddy truck without consequences >
