I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but whenever I try to use my wheel on BeamNG (Logitech G29, by the way), the wheel in-game is always faster than the wheel in real life. I have done a lot of digging and could not find anything. I even used the sensitivity slider in Logitech GHUB, but nothing works. *UPDATE* its resolved. 1:1 steering angle was not set correctly.

I believe it depends on what car you were driving, if it's a car that has a longer distance travelled for the steering wheel in game to reach the end, then compare with your wheel in real life, the one in games must turn faster in order to sort of "follow up" with your steering wheel in real life, since your real life steering wheel can only turn that much (for logitech G29 it's 450degrees to both directions).
BUT if this happens to every single car in game, then I suspect it's not a simple problem

Your steering wheel angle settings may be offset, check in your GHub or in BeamNG.

Have you tried changing the 1:1 steering angle and behavior? If you set the 1:1 angle to 900 and then set the 1:1 behavior to normal, then your wheel should turn in sync with the wheel in-game. Personally, I don't use this setting because vehicles like the T-Series won't reach full lock (I use "disable if needed"). Also, make sure in G HUB that your wheel is set to 900 degrees.
