Beamng cant up date

my beamng cant update i sign into steam and then it goes to update then a window pops up and seas the updater is current not able to update the software

then tells me to contact beamng support
and also seas could not download initial media after 3 retrys

any help would be great thx.

i have used the steam key and it seas it has already been activated therugh steam and it still wont update i can play it but i cant update it.

Install it from your steam library...

You have to use Steam only. The old standalone version is no more supported. Download and install BeamNG trough Steam. Steam will update it automatically when a new update is out.
