    Sure, I don't see why not. You will probably need to use a text editor like Notepad++ for the jbeam/physics skeleton side, but Blender will at least let you create visual elements.

    Just be aware that because the ME-262 was created by Stoat Muldoon, who has iirc left the community, you may potentially not be allowed to release anything you create for it. But modding for personal reasons is perfectly fair, IMO.
